The Silver Reef Hotel, Casino and Spa is a major tourist destination in Northwest WA serving customer from the US and Canada. The visitors and customers expect high quality facilities, machines and accessibility when visiting.

Silver Reef Hotel, Casino and Spa planned a major upgrade to gaming technology as well as an expansion to the facility. Among the primary drivers were the need to build a convention space with Wi-Fi service for the guests, visitors and staff.

CTS delivered a major upgrade to the copper and fiber infrastructure supporting gaming devices, client Wifi, and POS terminal and security systems (CCTV). In addition, CTS supplied all of the cabling and infrastructure, wireless access points (WAP) and wireless management and control.

The installation was completed on time and under budget and Silver Reef Hotel, Casino and Spa continue to be valued CTS customers.
